These terms apply to the website biteofbalkan.ca, operated by Bite of Balkan Kitchen Ltd. ("Bite of Balkan", "we"). By using the website you agree to them.

The website

The website tells you about Bite of Balkan: our food, our story, when and where we open, and how to reach us. We keep it accurate, but menus, prices, hours and availability can change without notice, and what is in the restaurant on the day is what counts.

Ordering through other services

Where the website links to a delivery or ordering service, your order is placed with that service under its own terms and privacy policy. Prices, fees, delivery times and refunds for those orders are set and handled by that service.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, including Google, Facebook and Instagram, are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to Bite of Balkan or are used with permission. You may share links to the website and view and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or reuse our photographs, logo or text for other purposes without asking us first.

Using the website

Please do not try to interfere with how the website works, access parts of it that are not meant to be public, or use it for anything unlawful.

Food and allergies

Descriptions of dishes on the website are a guide. If you have an allergy or dietary need, please ask our staff before ordering: recipes and suppliers can change, and our kitchen handles common allergens.

No warranty

The website is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bite of Balkan is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
